Student Discount
A discount of 20% is offered on the production of a valid NUS card (Excludes laboratory treatments). Card must be shown to Reception prior to going into surgery - failure to show card will result in no discount being issued.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, cheques (payable to Watermead Dental), debit and most credit cards and contactless payments.
Cancellation Policy / Late Attendance
Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. For example, an appointment at 11:00am on a Monday must be cancelled by 11:00am on the Friday before.
If you fail to attend, or do not give the required notice, we reserve the right to apply a “failure to attend” charge. We may also ask for a non-refundable deposit before booking any future appointments.
Repeated missed appointments or short-notice cancellations may result in Watermead Dental reviewing your registration with the practice. This applies to both NHS and private patients.
